We can close in as quickly as a few days or we can work with you on how much time you need to prepare to move. It’s all up to you. Normally, it takes about 3 days to get a title report, and then a couple of days more to get escrow to set up closing. When we get together to go over details, we set a move date for when it’s convenient for you. It can be for several months away if that is what you are looking for.
