What Our Process Is

Once we get started, You will receive by email, the forms & marketing materials you will work with. It’s a lot of material.

We establish a dedicated 2 hour time slot for weekly training with you, “one on one”.

This is NOT “group training” where you get lost in the shuffle.

You will receive ongoing information & training by text and by email throughout the weeks, to build your basics and strengthen your understanding of the processes.

We mix finding deals (marketing) and training, throughout the week.

You will be taking action, as well as learning the techniques.

You will be set up on the resources we use. You’ll spend time learning those resources so you will be Effective in Finding Deals.

Any time throughout the week that you have a question, you text, email or call us directly, to have your questions answered. Sending a text gets a quick, direct response. By email or phone call you will get a more detailed response. It’s your choice of which method you use for each situation. 

We want to deal with all of your questions immediately, so you are focused and confident each step of the way.

When we are working with a seller, that is #1 priority, so we spend as much time as is needed. All attention is on getting the contract and then getting through escrow. That is the best way to learn.

You will have questions you don’t know you have yet. 🙂 And you will have a lot of questions starting out, so that’s what we start with initially.

Then we move onto the basics of the deal and simultaneously you learn the forms & marketing materials which we go over with you so that you understand them.

It’s pretty extensive, relaxed and we go at your speed.  

We go over items until you have a solid grasp of why that item exists, how to use it and where it applies.

We think you will find it to be quite thorough.
